original Japanese version: Cookie Clicker FtHoF Planner v6b/ja

Description

This is "FtHoF Planner v6b", a heavily customized version of FtHoF Planner v5 that I tweaked freely to suit my own preferences.
(After creating this based on v5, I found out much later that a different v6 already existed, so I renamed this one to v6b.)
I modified v5 in various aggressive ways to make it more convenient based on my own feel.

Major Improvements over v5: added sugar lump info (you can collect sugar during ascension rerolls), autosave enabled, save code auto-loaded from drag and drop, more settings added, added image to One Change (renamed to Season 2), added image to Gambler, enabled seed input, etc...

What is this tool?

If you're seeing this for the first time, you probably have no idea what it's for, so here's a rough explanation:

Folded

This tool simulates the results of future spells — specifically "Force the Hand of Fate (FtHoF)" and "Gambler's Fever Dream (GFD)" — by exploiting the reproducibility of spells in Grimoire.

By inputting a backup save code or a seed, you'll get a long list of predicted results for future FtHoF and GFD casts.
Once you've confirmed that the effects match the predictions after a few test casts, you can stack some Golden Cookies (GCs) and trigger them for a massive cookie boost.
(The console version doesn't support save codes, so please use this site's SeedFinder or Grandma Seed Finder to find your seed.)

How do you use it?

Folded

For example...

  • Check when Click Frenzy will trigger and combine it with a natural x7 Frenzy GC to instantly bake a huge amount of cookies.
    • Not super strong, but it's easy to activate frequently — great for beginner bakeries.
  • Find an FtHoF that triggers Elder Frenzy (EF), and combine with natural GCs to get crazy multipliers like x7 x666.
    • Simple but strong. The only downside is it's rare.
  • Stack three or more Building Specials (those that scale with the number of farms/mines/etc.) for massive multipliers.
    • Since there are up to 20 types of BS, duplication is rare. Even x10 per BS stacks up to x1000 for 3, x10000 for 4. The strongest combo usable throughout the game.
  • Find an FtHoF that yields sugar lumps.
    • Each ascension re-rolls your seed, so with enough patience and rerolling, you can get infinite sugar. It's powerful since it bypasses the 1-lump-per-day limit.

Useful tricks to know

These are rather niche, but essential knowledge if you're using FtHoF Planner v6b.

Folded

* Double-casting FtHoF

If you have 321+ wizard towers, you can fire the first FtHoF, then sell down to 21 towers to allow a second cast.
(Note that the required number changes based on tower levels.)
There's a big difference between one and two casts. You can even do four casts if you use sugar lumps.
x20 x20 x20 x20 equals... x160,000!!

* Padding cast count with GFD (Gambler)

Casting GFD immediately increases the total spell cast count at the moment of casting.
Even if you don't have enough MP for child spell, it still increments the counter — so by triggering GFD multiple times, you can pad your cast count.

By saving and reloading before the child spell activates, you can consume only GFD's MP.
It's a bit of a rollback trick, so kind of cheating.

* The spell chosen by GFD depends on remaining MP

Not really a trick, but a confusing mechanic if you don't know it.

When you cast GFD, the child spell is selected instantly.
However, only spells that are castable at that exact moment are eligible.
So... after GFD uses its own MP, any spell for which remaining MP < half of required MP will be excluded.
(Since MP decreases even more when you cast multiple GFD, it may fail to cast.)

Note: GFD column does not account for this behavior.

* Using GFD to shift FtHoF target

First, an important rule:
◆ The result of FtHoF is determined by the seed and the total spell cast count at the moment of casting.

Then, a second rule:
◆ If you cast GFD n times in a row, it selects n child spells, each of which will cast 1 second later.

So, if you:
① Cast a GFD that will trigger FtHoF
② Cast another GFD before the first FtHoF actually activates
Then, the total cast count that the first GFD's FtHoF refers to will be shifted by +1.
⇒ The FtHoF effect will change!!

(It's a bit confusing, so I might revise this explanation later.)

By the way, this trick probably isn't widely known.
I don't think it's mentioned even on the English wiki, so not many people may be using it...
